The present writ petition has been filed inter-alias with the prayer to quash the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 4/ Block Development Officer, Tarwan, Tehsil- Lalganj, District- Azamgarh. 2. It is argued by Shri Gopal Ji Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner that impugned order has been passed pursuant to the Government Order dated 07.07.2020 which has already been set aside in Bunch of writ petitions vide judgment and order dated 24th May, 2021 in Misc. Single No. 16086 of 2020 (Haripal vs. State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy.Food & Civil Supply, Lko & Ors) along-with connected matters. 3. Learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court an order dated 29.07.2021 passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 249 of 2021 (State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Food & Civil Supplies & Ors vs. Haripal). By the aforesaid order, judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 24th May, 2021 was stayed. 4. In view of above, the Court is of an opinion that relief sought by the petitioner on the ground that Government Order dated 07.07.2020 has already been set aside by this Court in the case of Haripal (Supra), is no more existence. Since the said judgment has already been stayed in Special Appeal Defective No. 249 of 2021 as stated above. 5. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the order dated 25.06.2025 is absolutely perfect and valid order and does not call for interference by this Court.
