Perusal of the order sheet would go to show that this Court on 05.12.2024 had finally granted two weeks time to comply office objection on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the Advocates Welfare Fund. However, office objection is not complied nor cost has been paid in compliance of the order dated 05.12.2024. Inspite of the same, this Court has shown indulgence and on 04.06.2025, one more week's time was granted to comply the office objections. However, even on this date, neither office objection has been complied nor the cost as directed by this Court on 05.12.2024 has been paid. 2. The matter was called twice today and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the petition for non- prosecution.
