Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that they being majors have solemnized marriage with their own consent in accordance with law. However, the private respondents are not accepting the marriage of the petitioners and are extending threats to them. The copies of 'Aadhaar' cards (Annexures P-1 and P-2) of petitioners No.1 and 2 have been placed on record. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
