The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (1) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 authority to consider the representation of the petitioner Annexure-G dated 26.08.2024 and directed to enter the petitioner in record of rights. (2) Grant such other reliefs that this Hon’ble Court may deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.08.2024 at Annexure-G has not been considered despite an earlier order having been passed by the Tahashildar on 23.06.2021 directing the entry of name of the petitioner in column No.9 of the RTC relating to Sy.No.6 of Halekote village, Shiruguppa - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3445 WP No. 105779 of 2024 Taluka, District Ballari. When an order passed by the Tahashildar way back in the year 23.06.2021 that was required to be implemented within a reasonable period of time. Having not done so, the representation submitted by the petitioner on 26.08.2024 also has remained unconsidered. In that view of the matter, I pass the following : ORDER (a) Writ petition is allowed. (b) Writ of mandamus is issued directing respondent No.3 to act on the order passed by the Tahashildar dated 23.06.2021 at Annexure-F in terms of representation dated 26.08.2024 at Annexure-G within a period of 30 days from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
