The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Needless to say that in case petitioner approaches the Bank with any such fresh proposal the same shall be considered in tune with the OTS Scheme in vogue.
