JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 27.01.2025 This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 107 days in preferring the accompanying revision petition against Page No.# 3/3 the order dated 02.01.2016 passed by the learned Munsiff No.2 Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in Title Suit No.274/2012. 2. It is seen that the accompanying petition has been filed by invoking the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution. Taking into account that there is no limitation prescribed in a proceedings under Article 227 of the Constitution, the instant application is misconceived and accordingly, the same stands closed. 3. The Registry is directed to register the accompanying revision petition as a proceedings under Article 227 of the Constitution and thereupon list the matter for motion on 05.02.2025. 4.
