The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. Informant alleged that her son and daughter-in-law (petitioners herein) continuously subjected her and her husband to physical assault, abuse and mental harassment.
