This Writ Petition (Cr.) has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for commanding the respondent authorities for registration of the F.I.R. in terms of the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in Complaint Case No.1137 of 2023 under Section 156 (3) of the Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the respondent- State submits that the prayer made in this Writ Petition (Cr.), has become infructuous as already Chatra (Sadar) P.S. Case No.33 of 2024 has been registered in connection with the said

Complaint Case No.1137 of 2023 of the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra on 10.01.2024.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the registration of the said F.I.R., the prayer made in the instant Writ Petition (Cr.) has become infructuous.
5. In view of the submissions made at the Bar, this Writ Petition (Cr.) is
disposed of being infructuous.
