4. Mr. Shailabh Pandey, learned Legal Aid counsel submits he has no instruction from respondent no.2 to appear in the matter, therefore, he is withdrawing his power on behalf of respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the Revisionist has furnished the copy of the order passed by the District Basic Education Officer, District Amroha in which it is mentioned that in Criminal Case No.2015 of 2023 Smt. Meena Rani vs. Shri Mohit Kumar filed under Section 28 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar Dehradun pending in the court of First Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun in which recovery warrants of Rs. 5,32,000/- have been issued against the revisionist-Mohit Kumar, orders have been passed by the court of First Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun to deduct Rs. 5,32,000/- (Rupees five lakh thirty two thousand) from the salary of the revisionist-Mr. Mohit Kumar, son of Mr. Surendra Singh, office address-Primary School, Pathra Aitmali Vikas Kshetra, Gangeshwari, District
Amroha (Uttar Pradesh) for the maintenance of the respondent-Mrs. Meena Rani and it is directed to ensure the same be deposited in installments or in lump sum in the bank account of respondent- Mrs. Meena Rani.
8. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after perusing the report submitted by the District Basic Education Officer, this Court thinks that the instant revision be disposed of subject to the condition that no coercive measures shall be taken against the revisionist.
11. With the aforesaid observation, the revision stands disposed of.
