Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 , 110, 303(2), 351 (2), 352 and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Nitish Kumar alleged that on 29.05.2025 at about 8 AM, this petitioner assaulted father of informant with lathi due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature . 4. Considering the nature of injury, seriousness of allegation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
