Nos.20 and 21 of 2025 in O.S. No.303 of 2008. 2. The petitioner is the third defendant in the suit O.S. No.303 of 2008. The said suit was filed for partition by the respondent. In the aforesaid order passed by the Trial Court, the applications filed by the petitioner / third defendant, seeking to reopen and recall DW2 has been dismissed. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff, on instructions, would now submit that the respondent / plaintiff has no objection for allowing these civil revision petitions. In view of the same, the impugned orders both dated 28.11.2025 passed by the District Munsif Court, Perundurai in I.A. Nos.20 and 21 of 2025 in O.S. No.303 of 2008 has to be set aside by this Court. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also request this Court to issue a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the no objection stated by the learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff, on instructions, for allowing these civil revision petitions, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 6626 of 2025 the impugned orders both dated 28.11.2025 passed in I.A. Nos.20 and 21 of 2025 in O.S. No.303 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perundurai are hereby set aside by this Court and these civil revision petitions are allowed by issuing a direction to the District Munsif Court, Perundurai to dispose of O.S. No.303 of 2008 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
