Hon'ble J.J. Munir,J. The petitioner has come up challenging an order admitting a revision to hearing on ground that it is not maintainable under Section 209 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in view of the conditions specified under Section 210 attending the exercise of revisional jurisdiction under the Code. The order impugned is one of admission alone and not order of moment. For the said reason alone, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. However, we direct the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to proceed with the revision fixing at least one date of effective hearing every week and endeavor to decide the revision at an early date. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Let this order be communicated to the Member concerned, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow through the Registrar of the Board by the Registrar (Compliance) within 24 hours.
