Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and perused the material on record. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist and opposite party no. 2 have entered into some compromise which has been filed in the supplementary affidavit dated 08.09.2025 and the compromise executed between the parties on 04.09.2025 is taken on record. 3. The said compromise is not denied, rather accepted by the opposite party no. 2, the parties entered into compromise ending all their disputes, being settled amicably and finally. 4. The present revision stands disposed of in terms of the said compromise dated 04.09.2025 and shall form part of the pleadings of this case.
