Heard Sri Suneel Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the order of transfer dated 13.06.2025 whereby he has been transferred from development block Chatra to the development block, Ghorawal. 3. Plea taken is that this transfer order is in the teeth of the transfer policy that contains a provision vide Clause 4(iv) that in the matter of aspirational districts and 100 aspirational development blocks, any transfer shall be made only after a period of two years of posting. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he had been posted at develolpment block Chatara on 26.10.2024 and therefore, two years' period has not expired. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the petitioner has been transferred on the basis of complaint for which he was earlier served with the notice also and therefore, this transfer should be taken in public interest. 5. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order on account of violation of transfer policy dated 06.05.2025, I consider it appropriate for the petitioner to make a representation before the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sonebhadra against the order of transfer taking the plea of aspirational development block where he came to be posted only last year in the year 2024 within a period of two weeks from today and if he does so, his representation shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of four weeks. 6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
