Considering the fact that the fire arm in question was recovered from the possession of other co-accused Banshi Lal Gurjar who has already been enlarged on bail by learned Trial Court. The trial of the case may take considerable time and also considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed in this matter and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.01.2025, therefore, without commenting any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner- Suresh Gurjar S/o Ramjeevan, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 7.
