In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, a compliance affidavit has been filed by the Standing Counsel which is taken on record. 2. In the said affidavit, it has been stated that cases under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, have been registered in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Kishni, District- Mainpuri, which have been decided by the opposite party vide his orders dated 21.03.2025 passed under Section 67 of the Code, 2006. The aforesaid orders have been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 3. As the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. 4. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
