Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.118 dated 02.05.2025 under Sections 115/126/3(5)/351(3) of BNS, 2023 (subsequently added and retained Sections 110/117 of BNS, 2023), registered at Police Station City Sonepat, District Sonepat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of this petition the offence under Section 110 of BNS (308 of IPC) was not made out against the petitioner. The petitioner has been discharged for the offence and thus, now case would be tried by the Ld. JMIC, Sonepat. He further submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail his remedy as available to him in accordance with law. 3.
