Said respondent was Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) and he is powerful. By impugned communication dated 11th December, 2024, the authority rejected his application for providing security. He seeks interference. Dr. D.K. Tiwari, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, if petitioner is aggrieved he may approach the regional level committee with his requirement of security. Petitioner will forthwith approach the regional level committee enclosing certified copy of this order. On such approach, the committee is directed to evaluate petitioner's apprehension of threat and take decision, to be informed to him within three weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of.
