Heard Shri Anand Mohan Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A.. 2. This is a second bail application on behalf of the applicant, who is facing trial for an offence of gang rape of a minor girl. The applicant is in jail, since, 14.07.2022 i.e. about three years. 3. I have perused the status report of the trial court dated 24.07.2025 that all the 8 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is at the stage of argument. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has tried to show that the statement of the victim has diluted the prosecution case, however, as rightly pointed out by Shri B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. that victim is a minor girl and consent, if any, is immaterial. 5. Therefore, taking note of the nature of the allegation as well as the present status of the trial, no case for bail is is made out. 6. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
