Ranjan Sharma, Judge Though petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking various reliefs; but upon listing of this Learned Counsel for the Petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of seeking a direction to Respondent No.3 Sr. Manager (Projects), HPPTCL, PIU, Chamba to examine the Representation dated 23.11.2024 (Annexure P-7), which is stated to be pending. 2. Upon listing of this case, Mr. Vivek Singh Thakur appears as vice counsel for Mr. Shubham Sood, Advocate, for Respondents No. 2 and 3 and states that 2 the representation dated 23.11.2024 [Annexure P-7] shall be considered/examined in accordance with law by Respondent No.1 herein 3. Taking into account, the limited prayer made by Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on Instructions and leaving all questions open and without adverting to the merits of the matter [i.e. claim or controversy whatsoever herein], this Court disposes of the writ petition, with following directions:- (i) The Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited to consider/examine the representation dated 23.11.2024 [Annexure P-7] and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law; after affording an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.4 M/s APAR Transmission and Distribution Projects Pvt. Ltd, herein within four weeks from today and not later than 28.3.2025; (ii). No order as to costs.
