Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, apprised the Court that petitioners have given an application to the concerned police station wherein it has been specifically mentioned that family members of both the petitioners have not raised any objection regarding their marriage and both the petitioners are living at Akbarpur in a rented accommodation, meaning thereby, there is no need of any protection to the petitioners. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of thereof, there is no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition and as such, same is hereby disposed.
