ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The complainants have filed the present petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge. 2. It is the complainant's case that despite an order of permanent injunction dated 15.12.2022 passed by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, the forest officials are continuing to interfere with the possession of the complainant.
The complainant had also filed a writ petition, being W.P No.15025/2024, praying that police protection be granted to them and the forest officials be prevented from interfering with the complainant's peaceful possession of the subject land. The said petition was disposed of with the direction to the accused to take necessary steps to implement the order of the trial court granting police protection. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate for the accused submits that the judgment and decree passed in

O.S Nos.404/2020, 97/2021, 96/2021 and 403/2020 dated 15.12.2022 are subject matter of the appeals being R.A Nos.95/2024, 97/2024, 94/2024 and 96/2024, respectively. 4. The affidavit of compliance also states that the orders passed by the trial court would be complied with, subject to any conflicting orders in the regular appeals. It is also stated that the forest officials will not interfere in the complainant's possession of the subject land, subject to any other order that may be passed in the regular appeals. 5. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of
