However, in the bail application, the petitioner had erroneously mentioned the satisfaction Court as the XV Judicial Magistrate, Egmore, and therefore was unable to deposit the amount within the time stipulated by this Court. Consequently, he has filed a petition seeking amendment. 3. Upon perusal, it is seen that there is a clerical error. 4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the credit of Crime No.6 of 2024 before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is also granted an extension of two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition. 6.
