By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities/Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board to take action on the complaint made by the petitioner against the respondents No.6 & 7. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the complaints have been made on 02/12/2024 and 03/01/2025 (Annexure P/1) before the Waqf Board but no action has been taken on the complaint made by the petitioner against the respondents No.6 & 7 till date. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Waqf Board on advance copy, submits that on 09/12/2024, respondent No.5/ CEO, Waqf Board issued notice to the respondents No.6 (Annexure P/2) and initiative has been taken on the said complaint made by the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner himself has annexed the copy of notice dated 09/12/2024 which has been issued by the Waqf Board to the respondent No.6 in the writ petition and as the steps has been taken by the Board, the Board 3 / 3 will take a final decision on the complaint made by the petitioner within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the documents and pleadings made by the petitioner as well the documents relating to the complaint made by the petitioner. 5. From perusal of the notice dated 09/12/2024, it appears that the Board has already taken steps on the complaint made by the petitioner by issuance of notice to the respondent No.6. 6. In view of the above, the Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board is directed to take a final decision on the complaint made by the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 7.
