Apprehending the arrest in a criminal case arising from FIR No.238, dated 20.05.2025, registered under Section 12 POCSO Act, 126, 351(2), 74 BNS, at Police Station Civil Line, District Karnal. Previously FIR No.801 dated 21.10.2020, registered under Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act was registered against the petitioner, in which he has been convicted and sentenced under Section 363 of IPC for a period of 4 years and a fine of Rs.10,000/- and two months on the second count under Section 4(2) of POCSO Act for a period of 20 years. The petitioner filed first appeal, which was admitted and was granted concession of suspension of sentence. 2. Once again, the petitioner is alleged to have stalked the same very minor girl and molested her. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to grant concession of bail is made out. 4. Dismissed.
