The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.11100 of 2025 with certain conditions. The petitioner is a senior citizen, has several ailments and she was not able to report before the respondent police and not able to execute the surety. Hence, prays for modification of the condition imposed upon petitioner by this court. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police raised objection for modification of the conditional order. 4.
