Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that a direction be issued to the Prescribed Authority/Judge Small Causes, Bareilly to decide the P.A.Case No.08 of 2015 (Krishan Kumar Mehta Vs. Afsar Khan and others) expeditiously, within a time bound period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Prescribed Authority/Judge Small Causes, Bareilly to decide the P.A.Case No.08 of 2015 (Krishan Kumar Mehta Vs. Afsar Khan and others) pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application. 4. In case, if any adjournment is inevitable, the authority concerned may grant the same by imposing heavy cost which may not be less than Rs.1,000/-.
