The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawalsahi P.S. Case No. 37/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Shivangi Priya, learned J.M.F.C., Koderma. 3. The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased Purnima Kumari, who died an unnatural death within seven years of her marriage. There is no allegation that she was tortured to enforce demand of dowry 4. It was submitted that the deceased died due to asphyxia because of hanging. It was further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Shivangi Priya, learned J.M.F.C., Koderma or her successor in connection with Nawalsahi P.S.
