It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents who have to take notice of the grievance of the petitioner as District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj has already written to the Finance and Accounts Officer, Basic Siksha, Gorakhpur on 29th October, 2024, a copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure – 9 to the writ petition and yet no decision has been taken in the matter. In the circumstances, where the petitioner is seeking leave encashment amount it is hereby provided that decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 28th August, 2024 shall be taken in all circumstances positively within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and in the event leave encashment amount is found to be due to pay the petitioner, the same shall be released in his favour within a further period of six weeks.
