The petitioner apprehends domestic violence at the hands of her husband and in-laws. 2. In the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner has an effected remedy provided under Section 18 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 wherein she can move an appropriate application under Section 18 and pray for grant of protection order. 3. In view of there being effective alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner, the present petition cannot be entertained and the petitioner is relegated to alternate remedy. In case the petitioner approaches Magistrate within a week under Section 18 of the DV Act, the same shall be adjudicated expeditiously. 4. Till then, respondent No.2 shall ensure petitioner is not harassed by the private respondents. 5. Disposed off, accordingly.
