The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 06/2025 arising out of Jaldega P.S. Case No. 52/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(i)(c) & 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Simdega. 3. On 19.10.2024 at about 10:30 P.M., Jaldega police, on the basis of confidential information intercepted a bus bearing registration no. BR02W- 7475 near Khamantand Check Post and apprehended co-accsused Jaypal Paswan. On search, 26.910 Kgs. of cannabis were recovered from his possession. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Simdega in connection with N.D.P.S.
