By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent no. 8 to decide the claim/representation (Annexure P/1) with a time frame to decide the claim lodged by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in spite of the repeated request of the petitioner for delivery of the Custom Milled Rice 3,312 quintals to the FCI for the agreement year 2023-24, as per agreement dated 07.11.2023, the respondent no. 4 is orally refusing the petitioner’s firm with an excuse that in the app (FCI Wings) has not been updated regarding (Stock). Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the app is being updated by the respondent no. 8 only, and for which the representation dated 14.01.2024 has been submitted before the District Marketing OfÏcer Markfed Raipur, however the said application has not been considered by the respondent till date. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 8 on instruction would submit that if the application is still pending the same will be 4 decided within a stipulated period in accordance with law and the circular and guidelines issued by the FCI from time to time. 4. I have heard all the counsels for the parties and perused the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.01.2024 to the respondent no. 8, by which the petitioner has requested the District Marketing OfÏcer for necessary direction for acceptance of Custom Milled Rice to the FCI. 5. As the representation is pending since 14.01.2024 before the respondent no. 8. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 8 to decide the said representation within a period of 5 days and pass necessary instruction and order to competent authority. 6.
