The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Informant alleged that petitioner, working as collection executive, dishonestly misappropriated loan repayment amount, which was collected from customers. Informant further alleged that although, customers paid substantial sums, but the petitioner either failed to deposit the amount into their loan accounts or deposited only a part of amount.
