Case No. 40 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of firing upon the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and it is a case of accidental firing. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Patna High Court CR.
