Vide impugned order, the learned Magistrate has referred the complaint to the police for investigation. 3. Complaint is filed alleging offences punishable under Section 380, 420, 471 and 506 of IPC (305, 318, 340 and 351 of the BNS). 4. In the complaint itself, it is stated that complainant has sent notice to jurisdictional police as well as to the higher officials, but there was no action initiated by the police. 5. The Learned Magistrate has referred the matter to the jurisdictional police for investigation exercising power under Section 175(3) of the BNSS.
