Case No. 106/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Alok Marandi, learned J.M. Deoghar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7875 of 2024 by order dated 10.12.2024. The petitioner alongwith co-accused persons used to abuse the daughter of the informant and when the husband of the informant protested, he was brutally assaulted and was murdered. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the lathi which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered from the house of the informant. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
