(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.93 dated 14.05.2025, registered under Sections 118(1)/115(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Section 118(2) of BNS added later on) at Police Station City Moga, District Moga. Vide order dated 20.06.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC, Manjinder Singh has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, interim order dated 20.06.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. Petition stands allowed.
