The instant writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the order dated 19.06.2018 whereby the Technical Pay Scale granted to the petitioner had been withdrawn. 2. A perusal of the orders shows that operation of impugned order dated 19.06.2018 was stayed by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2018. The petition was adjourned sine die to await the decision of CWP-11710-2014 which has since then been disposed of. 3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s), however, since the decision in CWP-11710-2014 has already been taken, the present writ petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned order dated 19.06.2018 and by issuing a further direction to the respondents to reconsider the claim of the petitioner in light of the legal position including the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed in CWP-11710-2014. 4.
