The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the order dated 14.2.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family court, Fatehpur, in Maintenance Case No. 844 of 2023 (Shabnam Bano vs. Mohammad Danis), whereby interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 2,500/- has been awarded to opposite party no. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
