On the basis of affidavits, he submits that order of writ Court dated 4.3.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 2702 of 2015 has been complied with and the petition has become infructuous, therefore, application has become infructuous. I have considered the submission of learned standing counsel for the opposite party and perused the record. Prima facie, order of writ Court dated 4.3.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 2702 of 2015 has been complied with. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed.
