The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of B.N.S., 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name transpired during the course of investigation. No stolen article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60334 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Banmankhi P.S.
