Case No. 132/2013 arising out of Bengabad P.S. Case No. 185/2007 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1965/2007, for the offences registered under Section 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Giridih. 6. It appears that this is case of misuse of privilege of bail granted to the petitioner. 7. It was submitted that petitioner could not appear before the learned Trial Court on the date fixed for framing of charge, due to which his bail was cancelled. 8. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case on 20.01.2025 and the case is presently at the stage of recording of prosecution evidence. 9. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 10. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
