This is third bail application. 3. Learned counsel for applicant has argued at length that applicant-accused is entitled for a fair trial, however, Court is of the opinion that according to status report dated 21.07.2025, now trial is at fag end that prosecution evidence is closed and trial is at the stage of recording statement of accused U/s 313 Cr.P.C. on next date fixed i.e. 28.07.2025, therefore, at this stage any observation of this Court on merit of case would adversely effect both parties. 4. In view of above, while rejecting the prayer for bail, this application is disposed of with an observation that trial Court will take all endeavour to conclude the trial within 3 months as per status report.
