The petitioner prays for quashing of the order passed on 21.08.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Misc. Case No. 30 of 2009. 3. From perusal of records, it appears that petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 21.08.2019, rejecting the petition filed by the petitioner for exemption of payment of maintenance to the opposite party No.2, in the year 2025 and the petitioner has not been paying the maintenance amount. 4. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any merit in this case and the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
