Hon’ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru, Judge Order on Board 10/02/2025 Heard. 1. The present writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to produce the entire documents pertaining to status of the Bankruptcy of the Visa Power Plant, Status of the environment clearance of Visa Power Plant and also direct to produce before this Hon'ble Court regarding how many land outsees are employed by the CSIDC as well as the Visa Power Plant till date. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a mandamus to revert back the land to the petitioner U/s 101 of the New Land Acquisition Act 2013. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to hold that if
3 the said Visa Power Plant has not been established till date for last over 10 years, then the State Government is duty bound to revert back the land whose land was acquired by the State Government in the name of Public purpose (Industrial Purpose) to the original land owners (Land Outsees).
10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a mandamus directing the respondent State Government to issue notification U/s 48 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 as well as Section 93 of the REFCTLARR Act 2013 for withdrawal of the land acquisition. 5 That, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may please deem fit and proper.”
2. On repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the matter. Since no one is appearing, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the case for want of prosecution. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/-
