The connected writ petition is filed for setting aside a notice dated 13.02.2023 issued by the respondent No. 5 i.e. Chairman, Mushalpur Municipal Board, which is situated within the jurisdiction of BTC. Mr. S Bora, learned standing counsel for the BTC submits that he has no objection. Considering the matter and issue involved, this court is of the opinion that the Bodoland Territorial Council shall be a necessary party. Accordingly, the application stands allowed and the Bodoland Territorial Council, represented by its Principal Secretary, BTC, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar, Bodoland Territorial Region (Assam) is hereby made party respondent No. 8. Accordingly, the IA stands allowed. Registry to do the needful in this regards.
