ORAL ORDER
The petitioners have impugned the police notices [as per Annexures-H and J] and these notices are issued under Section 41 [A] of Cr.P.C. This Court, on 24.07.2025, has granted interim order in the light

of the undertaking by the respondents that there would be no precipitation. Mrs.K.P.Yashodha, the learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction submits that investigation is complete and additional charge sheet will also be filed in Crime No.62/2021 with the Madikeri Town Police, and therefore, the petitioners’ presence will not be required.
When heard in the light of this submission, Sri.Vinod Kumar M., the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that indeed the petition could be
disposed of but without prejudice to the petitioners' remedy in law. In the light of the afore, the petition stands disposed of subject to the observation as aforesaid. The pending applications also stand
disposed of.
