The petitioner participated in the second SLST, 2025. He did not fill up his details in respect of prior teaching experience at the time of filing the application on 11th July, 2025. 2. After option was provided by the Commission for editing the experience details in terms of the notice of the Commission dated 1st August, 2025, the petitioner claims to have edited and submitted the details of his prior teaching experience. 3. The result of the examination has been declared but the petitioner has not been awarded any mark for prior teaching experience. 4. It has been submitted that as the petitioner is a teacher in a government sponsored school, accordingly, the marks on account of prior teaching experience ought to be awarded to him. Page 2 5. According to the Commission, there is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner actually edited and submitted the details of his prior teaching experience in terms of the advertisement. 6. Be that as it may, as the petitioner claims that his application form was edited on 5th August, 2025 and the verification token of the editing is annexed at Page- 27 of the writ petition, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commission to verify its records to ascertain as to whether the petitioner actually submitted the details of his prior teaching experience. 7. In the event it is found that the petitioner has put in the details and the petitioner is eligible to get marks on account of prior teaching experience, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the Commission in this regard, at the earliest. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
