P. -------- 02/ Dated 21.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chattarpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 352 & 351(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri P. N. Upadhyay, learned JMFC, Palamau. On 21.11.2024 at about 03:00 p.m., due to land dispute, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members. It appears that co-accused Rinki Devi, wife of Sohrai Yadav assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant by a sickle. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It was also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court. It was further submitted that there is general allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted the informant and her family members. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P. N. Upadhyay, learned JMFC, Palamau, or his successor, in connection with Chattarpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
