CRWP-6419-2025(O&M) 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CRWP-6419-2025(O&M) Date of decision: 17.06.2025 Ashwani and another … Petitioners Versus State of Haryana and others … Respondents CORAM: HON’BLE MR. As per the petitioners, they have married on 12.06.2025 against the wishes of respondents No.4 & 5, who happen to be the family members of petitioner No.1.
Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon Aadhar cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Ashwani is 06.01.2000 born and petitioner No.2-Pravinder is 05.09.1998 born.

Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners.
Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 & 5 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably.
The petition stands disposed off. ( Pankaj Jain )
